Demag leverer nøkkelferdige smelteovner for smelting av ferrolegeringer. They deliver turn-key ferro-alloy-, non-ferrous- and mineral melting plants of many types, sizes and processes. Rebuilding and modernizing of existing plants like :

closed, gastight water cooled furnace hoods,
modernizing flue gas cleaning; reducing particle, CO and other emissions to extremely low values
hollow electrode asseblies (for fines and industrial wastes)
movable electrode assemblies, is part of the MDH know-how.

**We also deliver spare parts and consumables for electric furnaces**
Flexible water cooled copper current cable up too 1500 mm2 conduction area. Steel and iron ingot moulds, casting plates and ladles up to ca. 25 tons. Poking rods in steel, and air/oxygen blowing piping High temperature resistant flue gas dampers, from ca.diameter 500mm to 4 x 12 meters or bigger. High temperature resistant flexible bellows (max ca. 1200-1400 C) High temperature resistant lubricants and greases, anti seizing grease, conductive or insulating greases High temperature resistant water cooling hoses with glass or ceramic or glass outer protection web. Electrically insulating materials in mica and other high temperature resistant materials. We also deliver these parts machined, cut or prepared to customer drawings.
